Meet With Our Staff

After contacting us we will arrange a meeting with our design team. We can then have a talk about your ideas for the site as well as any extras you require. At this meeting we also collect your logo and any other design materials for your project.

Supply You With Screenshots

Based on the material you gave us and your ideas we will provide you with three different design options for your website within 7 days. Another meeting will then be arranged and we can discuss what aspects of the different designs you like.

Website Construction

You can either supply us with the text or images for your site or we can visit your business and provide all the information. A usual website takes between 1-5 weeks to complete depending on complexity.

Uploading

We also offer website hosting at only 50US$ per year to our design customers. When we upload your site we will be able to do any changes you require within the original project guidelines.

After Care

We have a 24 hour helpline available if you have any problems with your website or hosting. We also offer updates and modifications at very low rates.

Factors that Affect Design Prices

There are a fewfactors that will affect the price of your website.

Copy writing

We are able to visit your business and provide all the text for your website in mother-tongue English with search engine optimized terms.

Images

We are able to visit your business and provide all the images for your website If you only have images from brochures this will also affect costs.

Graphic design work

If your site requires lots of original graphic design work, such as having Flash elements you must expect to have to pay a little extra for this.

Single Page - Business Card Site

All businesses now realise the need to have a web presence and email contact. Some websites are not ready for a full website or they do not have the quantity of content required.

In this situation we can create a single page site, with a company profile and contact information, including an email link

10 Pages - Online Brochure Site

A basic website with relevant pages such as home page, about us, products, contact details, enquiry form, etc. This site is perfect for the small business.

Full Ecommerce Website with Admin Area

We can Design a full Ecommerce site with shopping cart setup to accept online credit card payments.

This can include a user friendly website administration area that will allow you to input your own stock, change prices, etc. The admin area is accessible online via a user ID and password.

Content Managed Websites (CMS)

If required we can make your website user updateable with a website content management system (CMS).

If you want to update your own website we can install a system that makes it easy for you to to make your own website updates and change your website content on a daily basis if necessary.

A CMS could allow you to have your own contact and order form. You could also have editable news items or upload your own pictures to your photo gallery.

Another great use for a CMS is for cash generation. You can upload your own adverts to your site and charge for this service. Whatever your ideas let us know.

Website Updates and Modifications

Lots of people don't want the hassle of website content management and if you are one of these we can make changes to your site upon request.

We are not in the business of holding people to ransom for this and our minimum charge is only US$20.
