Maintenance Contracts

As you know, keeping your website up to date with your latest products / services, news and other relevant information is extremely important to your potential and existing customers, as well as other users of your website. For this reason, ReceptionBook.com provide a comprehensive website maintenance service, that is extremely flexible and yet straight forward to use.

What pages / areas of my site will you update?
Quite simply – static pages. It does not matter whether you need to add a news item, change your contact details, change pictures or add a completely new page /area to your website, any update or change to your static site will be covered by your maintenance contract.

We do not however make changes which include content management systems, which require additional computer programming work. CMS is generally seen as a means to control the flow and publish of information online but is also an invaluable tool to implementing and maintaining accessibility on
a website.

Will you update imagery?
Yes. We have allowed to add, amend or change any imagery throughout your entire website. This includes graphic design, still photographs, animation and / or flash elements. The only exception is that the cost of photography purchase or shoot is excluded.

How and when can I request updates to my site?
Any how - Any time. You can request updates to your site, by email, telephone, post, SMS, fax or courier pigeon if you prefer and it does not matter when you request them. We don’t do updates monthly or quarterly, we do them when you need them.

How fast will updates be done?

We undertake to complete updates to your website within the following timeframes or sooner:

CATEGORY 1 UPDATES
Includes: Simple page updates including text and imagery
Timeframe: 95% with 48 working hours

CATEGORY 2 UPDATES
Includes: Creating completely new pages and sections, image scanning and major layout changes.
Timeframe: 95% within 5 working days

CATEGORY 3 UPDATES -EMERGENCY
Includes: Failure of site, email content management system.
Timeframe: 95% with 1 working days

If you have an extremely urgent update, please talk to us as we can usually accommodate your requirement, even if this means an update within minutes. If for any reason any update is likely to take longer than the time specified above, we shall notify you.

Pricing and Payments?
The pricing of your website maintenance contract is calculated by your website size and traffic. You will be invoiced quarterly with all payments made in advance. Any non-payment beyond 1 calendar month will lead to a termination of the maintenance contract.
